Each year the Montgomery Area Military Officers Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to deserving HIgh School Seniors in Montgomery, Autaga, Elmore or Lowndes county.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

The scholarship program is open to all students.  There is no requirement to be affiliated with the military.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. They must reside in the area served by the Montgomery Area Chapter, Military Officers Association of America (MAC/MOAA) (Montgomery, Autauga, Elmore, or Lowndes counties).
2. This scholarship is available to both male and female students.
3. Affiliation with the military is NOT required.
4. Eligibility for this scholarship will be contingent upon the student maintaining AT LEAST 75% of the school's perfect Grade Point Average (GPA), and upon his or her apparent excellent character and personal qualities. Abuse of alcohol or drugs will result in immediate termination of the scholarship.
5. The winner must agree to accept this award in person at the June MOAA luncheon (tentatively June 10, 2025).
6. Any Male selectee who is eligible for Selective Service Registration must also provide proof of registration, as this is a condition of financial aid
